Consult

We discuss with you in layman's terms your options for configuration. From handling incoming calls to after-hours call routing and conference bridges, we will dive into every aspect of what you need from your phone system.

Preconfigure

Before a phone ever arrives at your doorstep, our team will preconfigure your phone system and test to ensure that all features are working as you intend them to. Adjustments are made per your feedback and tested prior to Go-Live.

Deploy

Depending on the type of install, we will either ship your new phones to your or send a technician on-site for installation. We will make any required network adjustments to ensure that calls can properly route inbound and outbound of your network.

Number Porting

Once your phones are physically installed, we will coordinate the porting date for your existing phone numbers if you have any. This date is usually 7-10 business days from the date scheduled.

Training

We will coordinate a training session remotely or on-site to go over the basics of the phone system and as much detail as you want. From transferring calls to checking voicemails, we will provide instruction and documentation for your users.

Review

After training and prior to Go-Live, we conduct a review of the configuration and expectations to ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible. Any account managers will be provided access to change configurations at this time.

Go-Live

On the day of porting, Go-Live, you will have a dedicated representative from our team to ensure that the porting process completed successfully. They will also handle any user access issues and last minute adjustments.

Final Adjustments

After porting has commenced and you have had some time to use the new phone system, we will go back and make any final adjustments to ensure that all features are working as expected.
